I pitched my own AI-powered content system this week

I built it because I had ideas all week and nothing published. Turns out founders have the same problem.
I pitched my own AI-powered content system this week

Hey friends β€” Joe here.

πŸ› οΈ The Solopreneur Stack lands every Thursday. How I'm building a one-person business β€” the systems, the AI, and the parts that aren't working yet.

This week I pitched something I built for myself.

My problem was never ideas. I had those constantly β€” in calls, on walks, halfway through replying to someone. The problem was that by the time I sat down to write, all of it had evaporated and I was staring at a blank page trying to remember what I'd thought on Tuesday.

So I built a system to stop losing it. I've run it daily for two months, and this week I pitched it to a company as a service.

The mechanics

I call it a hub-and-spoke founder-led personal branding content system. Here's what it does.

Inputs go in raw, however they arrive. Voice memos on walks. The week's meeting transcripts, captured automatically. Reading notes. No formatting required β€” the only rule is that it gets dumped somewhere rather than remembered.

Everything lands in one hub. Mine is Notion. One place, not seven.

AI drafts against that pile This part is critical. The model isn't inventing opinions or making something up β€” it's shaping things I genuinely said this week into posts, in my own words.

Then a review gate. I read and edit every draft. So I am still very much in control of what I post. There is also a review loop that runs weekly to improve on the drafts created by AI last week.

Then a calendar schedules what's approved to LinkedIn, so publishing isn't a daily decision I have to make. What's automated gets done.

What it replaced: a Sunday evening reconstructing my own week. It's a capture-and-shaping machine, not a thinking machine, which is the part I think transfers to other founders / business owners.

Founders don't have a content problem. They just need time and system to push the content out. The thinking already happened β€” in a board meeting, a customer call, an debate with a cofounder. It just never got written down, so it never became anything.

The honest note
I have only started pitching this service to a few business owners. No results yet. But I am pretty pumped that most of them see value in building such a system for their businesses.

I will share more updates along the way!

What did you build for yourself that may become a business idea?

Keep growing,

Joe
